In one way there is a truth that you are not your body but at the same time, your body is your divine temple and  vessel to connect to your spirit and to the wisdom of ancient and collective knowledge.

I worked for years as a physiotherapist with a large variety of clients but I always felt healing is much more deeper than just stopping the symptoms. 

​

Trauma, challenging emotions and unhealthy patterns can get stuck in your physical body which is intertwined with your energetic body. This can cause blockages and manifest as physical pain and diseases. 

​

Your body is never your enemy. It wants to keep you safe, protect you and reconnect to you. It has its own incredible intelligence and we just have to learn to listen to the wisdom of what it is trying to tell us.

Over the years, I've learned about the mind, body, and spirit connection and developed my own holistic way to treat the human body and to realign the body.
