Dominik Reining

I was born and raised in Berlin, Germany with 6 siblings.

Growing up in my household, there was a lot of psychological and physical abuse. Many years in my childhood, I needed to spend time in a religious cult where I was not free to make my own choices or have my own independent beliefs. I also always had physical health problems.

When I turned 15 years old, I went on my journey of bodywork and spending time with psychologists to heal myself from unhealthy patterns and generational trauma.

Since then, I created my own music in the form of rap and guitar music which has been a huge part of my healing journey.

After doing a lot of Eastern meditation practices in my young twenties, I got in touch with shamanic healing practices and plant-medicine and at the same time, I studied the human body to become a physiotherapist.

I saw the most value in combining psychology, music, bodywork, and plant medicine to go to the root of healing and to integrate the teachings of life.

I realized that our being is a body-mind-soul entity and that everything is connected.

All of my medicines should remind you of your own medicine and I'm happy to have found these tools to support you on your own growth journey.
